Trauma informed, 1-on-1 Mental Health coaching, peer support and motivational encouragement through various therapeutic modalities (mindful breath work, guided meditation, restorative (rest) yoga, peer support & coaching dialogue, grounding techniques (to relieve anxiety, stress), Trauma Release Exercise (TRE) (for relief of PTSD symptoms), Guided Yoga Nidra (sleep). Session at location of your choosing (home, our office, your office, park, beach, etc or virtual).
